Saaskly

Terms of Use

Last updated: 25 August 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Saaskly (saaskly.com) is operated by Next Generation ICT LTD (trading as "Saaskly"), company number 08641452, registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, VAT number 356186674 ("we", "us"). These Terms of Use apply to everyone who uses this website ("the Website"). By using the Website you agree to them; if you do not agree, do not use it. You must be at least 18 to use the Website.

2. What Saaskly is — and isn't

Saaskly publishes reviews, comparisons, rankings and editorial content about business software and IT services. It is an information service. It is not advice tailored to you, and nothing on the Website is a recommendation to buy any particular product. Prices, features and terms quoted are as researched on the date shown and change frequently; always verify with the vendor before buying. Scores and rankings are our editorial opinion, formed as described in our Editorial Policy.

3. How we make money

The Website is free to read. We are funded by (a) sponsored placements and advertorial content, always labelled "Sponsored" with a disclosure; (b) display advertising served by third parties; and (c) affiliate commission when you click an outbound link marked as such and buy from the vendor. Commercial relationships never change a score or a ranking — see the Editorial Policy. Outbound affiliate links pass through our own redirect (/go/…) so that we can count clicks; see the Privacy Policy for what that records.

4. Intellectual property and permitted use

The Website and its content — text, scores, tables, graphics, the Saaskly™ name and the S-tile icon — are owned by or licensed to Next Generation ICT LTD and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, keeping all notices intact. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not otherwise copy, republish, scrape, systematically extract, sell, or use our content — including our scores and rankings — for commercial purposes, or to train or feed automated systems, without our written permission. Vendor names, logos and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products discussed.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use the Website in any way that damages, disables or impairs it; attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems; use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful; or introduce malicious code. Automated access (bots, crawlers) other than by standard search-engine crawlers respecting robots.txt requires our permission.

6. Accounts (vendor portal — when available)

If we offer accounts (for example to vendors verifying and contributing information about their products), you must give accurate details, keep them current, and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms.

7. Vendor contributions and corrections

Vendors may be invited to contest or correct information about their products. Contributions are subject to verification and to our editorial judgement; we may publish, edit or decline them. Submitting a correction does not create a contractual relationship or an obligation on us.

8. Links to other websites

The Website links to third-party websites, including vendors. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices or availability. A link, including an affiliate link, is not an endorsement.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that content is complete, accurate, current or error-free, or that the Website will be uninterrupted or free of defects. You are responsible for your own security software and for verifying information before relying on it.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that: because the Website is free to use, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of it or reliance on its content; and we are not liable for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, data or goodwill) or any indirect or consequential loss.

11. General

We may change these terms at any time by posting the revised version; continued use means acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable the rest stands. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Website. No third party may enforce them. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
